Our chef prepares excellent, fresh, house-made food featuring a large variety of American- and European-inspired classics and soon-to-be new favorites.  We have a variety of tastes to satisfy basic and adventurous palates, from excellent artisan bread sandwiches, savory crepes, and flaky baked gallettes to burgers, seafood, meats and poultry.  We always "switch" it up by using seasonal products and making menu changes to keep the options fresh and interesting.
