Mark Dillon, Founder and Co-Owner

Mark is an attorney by trade, and he brings his legal and financial experience to the operations side of the business.  He earned his bachelor's degree from Harvard College and his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center.  He is a long-time Valley resident and has served on several charitable boards of directors, including the advisory board of the Guerrant Foundation, which funds micro-loans throughout the world.

Tom Jetland, Founder and Co-Owner

Tom is a long-time chef and restaurant concept entrepreneur in Phoenix.  After graduating from Scottsdale Culinary Institute and apprenticing with talented local chefs, his first venture was the successful and critically-praised Ibiza Cafe in Scottsdale.  Since then, he has brought his love of food and his extensive restaurant experience to several other popular eateries, including Fez, Ticoz (sold after a successful multi-year run), Switch, Pizza People Pub, and his latest venture, Corduroy.  He is hands-on at all four locations.
