Switch Restaurant & Wine Bar  is a clean and contemporary lunch and dinner destination with a large variety of American and European inspired classics and soon to be new favorites. We have a variety of tastes to satisfy basic or adventurous pallattes. Excellent artisan bread sandwiches, savory crepes, flaky baked gallettes, burgers, seafood, meats and poultry. We always Switch it up by using seasonal products and making menu changes to keep the options fresh and interesting. We have a variety of dining spaces including a large patio, community bar, "love lounge", semi-private curtained spaces for groups up to 40, and club chairs and couches as well as a spacious dining room. Lunch, Dinner, late weekend breakfast, happy hour, pre and after event dining and drinks, late night desserts, and more. Excellent, fresh, house made food and superb cocktails, wine, sangria, caipirinhas and our now famous drunken italian sodas. all 2-4-1 every day from 4-6:30 and many other specials during the week. Jason Peterson  Chef
With a passion for classic Americana, this tattooed, Harley riding Chef looks forward, while giving a nod to his traditional Southern Coastal roots. A risk-taker. Chef Peterson combines global influences to create an eclectic fusion of tastes and textures.
Chef Peterson’s first love of cooking came at the age of five, in his mother’s kitchen. His professional culinary career began at 19 with a formal apprenticeship in his hometown of Fredericksburg, Virginia. His journey spans two decades of sweat in kitchens from coast to coast. 

Tom Jetland  Co-owner
Tom Jetland is a Chef and restaurant concept entrepreneur in Phoenix and has established the successful and critically praised Ibiza Café & Wine Bar in Scottsdale (which was recently purchased after a successful 4 year run under the operation of Tom.)
Tom earned his Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management degree in 1998 from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute and has worked for notable celebrity chefs Mark Tarbell and Eddie Matney. He has also studied under French-trained chef Eugenia Theodosopolous of Essence Catering.
Tom brings his love of food and his extensive restaurant experience to FEZ , Ticoz Resto-Bar and Switch Restaurant & Wine Bar on a daily basis and is a hands on participant in daily operations at all three locations.

Mark Dillon  Co-owner
Mark Dillon is an attorney with Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate. As a partner in Ibiza Café & Wine Bar, Dillon is experienced in restaurant management and financial operations. Mark worked along side Tom to open Ibiza Café in February of 2002.
Mark earned his bachelor’s degree from Harvard College, AB Magna Cum Laude, in 1989 and completed his JD (Cum Laude) from Georgetown University Law Center in 1992. Mark is a long time Valley resident and has served on the Executive Board of Body Positive and is involved with several other Valley law groups and non-profit charities.
Mark’s extensive experience in law as well as human resources creates a safe and credible work environment for our staff, vendors and patrons. You’ll often see Mark dropping by the restaurants (yes in shirt and tie – he is an attorney after all).
